Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in the loss of your session.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your original session to avoid loss of your session.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session to allow for a smooth check-in process. After a 15 minute wait period, without prior notice, will result in losing your session and participation will not be possible.

Health and Safety Measures

At Ozean, the health and safety of our clients is my top priority. I follow strict cleaning protocols and ask that all clients practice hand hygiene before and after their sessions. The Pilates apparatus is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with eco-friendly products, after each use to ensure a safe environment for everyone. If you feel unwell or have any symptoms of illness, I ask that you please stay home and reschedule your session via Google Meet or another day.

Studio Etiquette

Please silence your mobile devices during our sessions, so you can fully focus and I can guide your without interruption.

Personal Items

Please arrive prepared for your session. I recommend leaving valuables at home, as Ozean is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
