I curate the skin, gut, and lifestyle elements that support how your body moves, recovers, and ages, so nothing works against the work we’re doing.
How This Fits Into My Work
At Ozean Pilates + Wellness, skin, gut, and lifestyle are not treated as separate wellness programs. They are interconnected performance layers that shape how the body moves, recovers, adapts, and ages.
Because movement never exists in isolation, I integrate guidance on skin health, digestion, stress, quality sleep, and hormonal shifts into every session, whether in person or virtual, so that support is always personalized and intelligent.
These underlying factors often reveal themselves in the body long before they are labeled as “issues,” influencing strength, recovery, energy, and resilience.
By paying close attention to these signals, I help you respond with intention, not overwhelm, creating a holistic approach where health and movement work together seamlessly.
Gut Health
When digestion is off, it rarely stays contained to the gut.
Low energy, poor recovery, inflammation, skin changes, and even stiffness can be connected to what’s happening internally. I look at gut health not as something to “fix,” but as a foundation that supports how your body functions as a whole.
Through gentle guidance around nutrition, digestion, and lifestyle patterns, I help you create a more stable internal environment, one that allows your body to respond better to movement and daily stress.
Skin Health
Your skin is constantly communicating.
As a Certified Nutritional Aesthetics Practitioner, I look beyond surface-level solutions and consider how skin health connects to digestion, circulation, stress, and recovery. The goal isn’t perfect skin, it’s resilient, supported skin that reflects overall balance and vitality.
This work often surprises people. Small shifts can have a meaningful impact when they’re aligned with what the body actually needs.
Menopause Support
Menopause is often treated like a disruption. I see it as a transition that deserves better support.
As hormones shift, the body’s relationship to strength training, recovery, sleep, and stress changes. What used to work may suddenly feel like too much, or not enough. That doesn’t mean your body is failing. It means it’s asking for a different approach.
My role as a Certified Menopause Coach is to help you understand those changes and adjust how you move, recover, and care for your body so you can continue to feel capable, grounded, and strong through this stage of life.
Lifestyle, realistically
Lifestyle doesn’t mean changing everything. It means noticing patterns in how you move through your day, how you recover, and how you respond to stress, and making small, intentional adjustments that support your body rather than drain it. This is where sustainability lives. And it’s often where the biggest shifts happen.
Why I approach
it this way
Because performance and longevity aren’t built through extremes, they’re built through awareness, maintenance, and respect for the body's evolution over time. I don’t add more to your plate. I help you make sense of what’s already there, and guide you toward choices that support the life you’re actually living.
How to begin
Skin, gut, and lifestyle curation are introduced within my private work, based on relevance and need. If you’re interested in working together, the best place to start is here:
