Some clients seek movement support exclusively, while others benefit from a more comprehensive approach that considers nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress, lifestyle factors, and hormonal symptoms alongside Pilates.

This work is informed by the specific physiological changes that happen during perimenopause and menopause — shifts in bone density, muscle mass, joint stability, sleep, mood, and metabolism. Movement selection, load, and recovery are all considered through that lens. The focus is not simply on exercise, but on supporting how the body adapts, recovers, and performs during this stage of life.
