As the founder of Ozean Pilates + Wellness, she unites the classical roots of Pilates with modern approaches to functional strength, mobility, recovery, and longevity.
With over two decades of experience, Sarah’s work draws on her background in professional dance, anatomy, and movement science. She’s known for her ability to make advanced biomechanics approachable—supporting clients through everything from post-injury recovery and sports conditioning to peak performance and sustainable, long-term health.
As The Movement Muse, Sarah brings a unique blend of precision and creativity—honoring rhythm, alignment, and focus in every session. As The Queen of Longevity, she leads with clarity and care—helping clients build a strong foundation for vitality and performance at any stage of life.
Board-Certified Holistic Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Aesthetics® Practitioner, Certified BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher, and Menopause Coaching, Sarah bridges the connection between skin, gut, and movement health—emphasizing recovery, resilience, and optimal function from the inside out.
Ozean Pilates + Wellness reflects her philosophy: a private sanctuary for smart, personalized movement—where clients of all ages and backgrounds are guided with expertise, intention, and a commitment to helping them move, feel, and live at their best.
Sarah currently resides in Southern California, and when she isn't training her dedicated clientele, she enjoys worldwide traveling, foodie events, exercise retreats, and spends time as a puppy sitter for Guide Dog for the Blind.

BASI (Body Arts and Science International) Pilates Comprehensive Program
Completed 600+ hour full comprehensive course of Pilates Apparatus and Mat exercises for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level practice, written theory, and anatomy.
